"Office lacks work ethic. They don't reach back out to customer to resolve issues on policies. Forcing customers to call toll free # giving u wrong contact info in the process."
"Oscar, sorry to hear about your situation with my office. We are open 5 days a week from 9:00 to 5:00 and stay open for many customers after hours by appointment. If a customer chooses to call the 1-800 number to make a payment or work on a problem, that is of course their option. However, we would much rather work with you in person here in my office to give you the personal attention you deserve. It also helps my team identify the problem, fix the problem in a professional manner so you have a good experience with my office. "
